KCM: Rebranded
The transformation is complete, we even got to keep the CI. Over the past 6 months, KCM has undergone a full-scale internal rebranding, shifting from Kusnierz Culture Management to Kusnierz Consolidated Manufacturing—a name that truly reflects our technological, industrial, and strategic ambitions. This marks not just a change in identity but a reinforcement of our commitment to innovation in energy storage, defense, and advanced manufacturing.
While the core of our transition is now in place, several final bureaucratic steps remain in motion behind the scenes over the next few weeks to ensure full operational alignment. Our digital infrastructure, contracts, and legal frameworks are in the final stages of their updates, ensuring a seamless and structured transition. On that note, KCM has already been approved for the protected online filing scheme (PROOF) by Company House and validated by the US SAM System.

Following an incredibly intense February fair and event engagement, we are currently reevaluating our event participation strategy to ensure maximum efficiency and impact. With KCM’s presence at the Energy Storage Summit, XPONENTIAL Europe, and IDEX 2025, the past few weeks have been a whirlwind of networking, high-level discussions, and promising collaborations. However, we are balancing this momentum with a pragmatic approach to ensure that future engagements align strategically with our goals and resources. Finding the right board
Originally set for launch on March 1st, the official introduction of our Advisory Board has been postponed to March 15th. The reason? We are still in discussions with key stakeholders—ensuring that the final board composition reflects not just expertise, but also alignment with KCM’s evolving vision. As we finalize these conversations, we remain committed to assembling a team of seasoned industry veterans, strategic innovators, and high-impact decision-makers to guide us forward. What’s Next?
Finalizing Partnerships – Building on the momentum from recent events, we are solidifying key collaborations across energy storage, defense, and manufacturing.
With our networking efforts bearing fruit - we will use our resources accordingly.
Operational Scaling – With the rebranding now complete, our focus shifts to streamlining production and securing supply chain logistics for the next iterative prototype phase. With further work packages left to define, we are ready.
Investment & Growth – With strengthened equity and financial structuring, we are gearing up for the upcoming A-Series funding round and expansion opportunities. Quick update on the Mk-0 Prototype:
We mapped the assembly and are experimenting with different casings to align the piezoelectric array properly with the control circuitry. We have limited access to 3D Print-Options, the Q1 Timeline estimate is still possible. In March, we will double down and use the momentum of our refined identity henceforth.
