The New KCM: Expansions
As we continue our ambitious transformation into 2025, KCM is proud to unveil another set of critical updates, bringing us one step closer to our long-term vision. Despite unforeseen challenges, including team restructuring and health setbacks, we are still driving forward, proving our resilience and commitment to excellence.
Friends-Page Launch: A Hub for Collaboration
As of today, our Friends-Page is officially live! This space will serve as a hub for networking, testimonials, and collaborative opportunities, solidifying our partnerships and expanding our ecosystem. Among our newest allies are CeramTec, a German industry giant supplying key parts, materials, and expertise for our energy and defense initiatives.
We are also honored to welcome Sertronics AG, whose support has been instrumental in securing 99% of the components required for our current Prototype/Demonstrator assembly. This milestone ensures that our transition from demonstrator to full MVP is executed seamlessly.
Prototype Development: Adapting & Accelerating
In an effort to streamline progress, we have revised our prototyping strategy. Rather than waiting for full-scale lab work to reach MVP status, we are deploying an early-stage demonstrator. This allows us to showcase core functionalities ahead of schedule, expediting our timeline while maintaining technological integrity. With almost all components secured our first tangible demonstration is within reach.

Team & Job Portal Updates: Pushed to February 15th
Due to unexpected sickness within our leadership team, including Founder and Engineering Lead Maximilian Kusnierz battling a severe influenza infection, alongside structural changes within our core team, we have rescheduled the launch of the Job Portal to align with the Team Page unveiling on February 15th.
Team Page: A refreshed look at our growing family, highlighting two new onboardings that will shape our next phase of expansion.
Job Portal: With increasing demand for talent, this portal will streamline our hiring process and reinforce our open call for skilled professionals ready to join the KCM journey.
By March 1st, our HR operations will be fully autonomous, ensuring smoother recruitment, compliance, and onboarding processes.
Events & Opportunities
Our Event Calendar is now live, offering opportunities to engage with KCM through showcases, cultural seminars, and high-profile forums. A key highlight includes our participation in the Energy Tech Summit 2025 in Lithuania (or "Lithiumania" if you pardon the pun), where we will showcase our advancements in energy innovation.
Looking ahead, our next Event Calendar update will go live on February 15th, bringing even more opportunities to connect, collaborate, and expand our vision. On that note we have had a great time in our final farewell from our artistic orientation, here are a few impressions of the Suzanne Valadon Exhibition at Centre Pompidou.
